Fulfillment Time
When will my coffee arrive after ordering?
Products typically ship in 3-5 business days from ordering. Orders are shipped through priority mail USPS, which means they should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping, so your order should arrive at your doorstep within 6-10 days from submitting your order.
For roasted-to-order coffee, this means your coffee arrives at PEAK freshness after being roasted!
This timeline is subject to change for any reason and especially around holidays.
Product Assortment
Will you be adding more coffee variants in the future?
Yes, we will be adding new products every 4 to 8 weeks. We curate all of our roasts to find the perfect coffee before adding to our product assortment. North Arrow Coffee manages this process through our New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
